Job Overview

Dar soporte a la operación y seguimiento a la implementación efectiva de programas enfocados a la reducción de incidentes / accidentes y minimización impactos ambientales adversos. 

A Day In The Life

Diseñar y Ejecutar planes de salud y seguridad en el lugar de trabajo

Supervisar el cumplimiento de la normativa y leyes en materia de EHS.

Realizar estudios, análisis y evaluaciones para la identificación de riesgos potenciales, así como para mitigar y controlar los peligros que pudieran afectar al personal.

Evaluar y recomendar sistemas preventivos para reducción de riesgos aplicables

En caso de ser necesario, Investigar accidentes o incidentes para detectar causas, establecer acciones correctivas.

Coordinar los distintos comités de seguridad e higiene, verificando el cumplimiento legal y objetivos de cada uno de ellos.

Asegurar el cumplimiento a los programas críticos de seguridad y medio ambiente mediante auditorias planeadas y no planeadas

Desarrollo de procedimientos en materia de EHS.

Seguimiento a programa de capacitación.

Aplicación de herramientas para la detección de riesgos Ergonómicos.

Seguimiento a objetivos y programas corporativos.

Ingeniero Industrial, Ambiental, Químico, Mecánico o carrera a fin.

Nivel de inglés conversacional y profesional

VISA

Conocimiento en la implementación y seguimiento de legislación mexicana Federal como (STPS), SEMARNAT, así como regulaciones estatales y locales.

Experiencia en manejo de brigadas y equipos de emergencias.

Experiencia en la implementación y seguimiento a sistemas de gestión ISO 14001, ISO 45001, así como Programas voluntarios promovidos por distintas autoridades como Autogestión, Industria Limpia, etc.

Manejo de Control de Cambios

Utilización de Herramientas Lean
