This initiative has grown to play a pivotal role in promoting women's voices within the company, with members actively participating in Executive Summits and board meetings to further its mission. WATCH continues to inspire and uplift women across Hubbell, fostering a culture of inclusivity and support.

Multicultural Men

Inspired by the Men of Color Summit at Clemson University, Hubbell launched the Multicultural Men inclusion group to foster inclusion, diversity, and equality. This initiative aims to develop leaders and create opportunities for Multicultural Men at all levels, strengthening our commitment to a diverse workplace.
