Job Overview

We are seeking a result-driven and self-motivated candidate with a basic understanding of wiring diagrams and electrical documentation. The role requires working closely with production data, making strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry essential. Familiarity with industrial wiring documentation, including schematics and wiring diagrams, is preferred. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable using AI tools to support data entry, enhance efficiency, and assist in performing quality checks.

A Day In The Life

Role and Responsibilities: 

 

  • Review and interpret wiring diagrams, electrical CAD drawings, and PDF documents to extract required label and production data
  • Collect, verify, and accurately enter data into Excel sheets and other documentation systems
  •  Ensure correctness and consistency of label information by performing detailed quality checks
  • Prepare and maintain label-related documentation for production use
  • Identify discrepancies in wiring documents and coordinate for corrections when required
  • Maintain organized records of drawings, labels, and related data files
  • Use AI tools to support data extraction, improve efficiency, and assist in quality validation
  • Support production and documentation activities to meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support continuous process improvements

What will help you thrive in this role?

  • Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in electrical, manufacturing, or production support environment

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience with wiring documentation and data entry activities
  • Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and basic circuits
  • High attention to detail in data entry, verification, and maintenance of production/wiring data
  • Experience handling schematics, label data, and cable schedules with high accuracy
  • Familiarity with AI tools or digital solutions for productivity, data processing, and quality validation
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical, MS Office tools, Power Automate, and AI tools

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in electrical or production-related roles
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to perform quality checks and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Capability to meet deadlines consistently
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, including AI applications
  • Motivation to develop new skills and handle evolving technical challenges
  • Additional working knowledge in AutoCAD Electrical and MS tools
