Position Overview

12. 根据公司总体规划和生产需要，对已研发的产品进行维护，包括客户端及生产端， 同时根据公司战略规划，对可行性较高的新产品作为开发对象，提出开发立项；
13. 完成国网或地方三产，配电工程订单项目，进行一、二次电气设计，并生成BOM，支持产线生产；
14. 统计新产品在市场的发展情况，进行市场预测；
15. 撰写《可行性报告》，并提交管理层审核，结合公司设备设计新产品的工艺，确定重点和难点，确定新产品的检验标准、方法和手段；
16. 根据公司的规划能够与团队完成指定项目
17. 负责跟踪前期生产，指导监督全部生产过程，及时解决生产中遇到的问题；
18. 产品完全成熟后，移交整套工艺性文件，指导、帮助生产系统人员进行生产，向市场部提供有关加工能力及价格的信息；
19. 参与地区售后服务，向客户解答产品出现的问题。
20. 组织完成公司领导交办的其它工作。

Skills and Experience

12. 电气相关专业，本科学历及以上；
13. 5-8年电力输配电行业大型企业相关工作经验，具有成套电气设计经验
14. 3年以上外企研发团队管理经验
