Sr Design Engineer

Job Overview

• Based on market demand, technical specifications and customer requirements, formulate R&D plans for surge arrester products, covering structural design, material selection and process flow design.
• Participate in the creation of process documents and design drawings, and prepare technical files for new products.
• Continuously optimize and improve existing products to enhance their performance.
• Take charge of production design and commissioning of surge arrester products.
• Assist the production department in prototyping, submit reports and provide on-site technical support to resolve production issues.
• Develop product test plans and procedures.
• Conduct surge arrester testing, analyze test results and verify compliance with design requirements.
• Prepare technical, process, installation and marketing documentation.
• Provide post-sales technical guidance and related support.
