Duties and Responsibilities
- 收集客户生产计划，制定工厂相关物料、生产计划，确保计划的准确性和合理性，监督生产计划的完成，确保产品发运达到客户所需；
- 负责供应商准时交付和绩效管控，确保供应商满足工厂产能需求及供应商问题的协调解决；
- 负责物料采购管理及采购成本控制，包括原材料和MRO，考虑订单需求，库存周转和库存水平；
- 有效进行物流管理，确保准时交付及成本控制；
- 监控进出口货物及设备等报关业务及海关监管材料、产品及设备的管控；
- 负责规范物料仓库管理,包括仓库区域，物料品种，物料目视化等），降低库存及优化库存；
- 参与新项目开发、投产中相应任务；
- 开展和实施降低成本项目；
- 按照公司设定目标/激励团队提高绩效，发展员工；
- 组织完成公司领导交办的其它工作。
