Job Overview

Have financial expertise, including relevant national financial laws and regulations, tax law, familiar with general ledger workflow and reimbursement process.

Responsible for GL/FA/local report/expense check.

A Day In The Life

1. Responsible for factory operations related monthly analysis report timely and accurately;

2. Prepare all relevant accounting documents for the company's monthly expenses and accounting closing work;

3. Made monthly reconciliation and difference analysis of group BS related accounts;

4. Responsible for fixed assets management and monthly depreciation;

5. Responsible for RM MIRO, to ensure the authenticity and integrity of invoice information and supporting documents;

6. Responsible for the group's quarterly receiving cut off, to ensure that documents are complete and consistent with the system;

7. Responsible for checking the consistency of scrap/inventory adjustment documents with the system and ensuring the integrity of the approval process such as signature;

8. Responsible for reviewing the reimbursement documents, ensuring the authenticity and integrity of the documents and complying with the requirements of the reimbursement process;

9. Check the accounting receivable issue to customers VAT invoice is correct;

10. Complete other work assigned by leaders.
