A Day In The Life
- Realizar los trabajos siguiendo los aspectos de seguridad necesarios
- Realizar los mantenimientos preventivos y predictivos de acuerdo con el programa
- Ejecutar mantenimientos mecánicos
- Ejecutar mantenimientos eléctricos/electrónicos
- Ejecutar mantenimientos neumáticos
- Ejecutar mantenimientos hidráulicos
- Ejecutar ajustes de procesos por variabilidad
- Realizar limpieza del taller de mantenimiento y áreas de trabajo.
- Optimización de recursos en la elaboración de sus actividades
- Administración del tiempo para realizar actividades del día a día
- Atender los llamados de producción con sentido de urgencia
- Apoyar y capacitar a técnicos de mantenimiento con más bajo nivel
- Participar en arranque de nuevos proyectos.
- Participar en proyectos de mejora continua.
- Participar y ejecutar acciones derivadas del sistema de identificación de riesgos.
- Colaborar en la planificación y ejecución de programas desarrollo y capacitación del personal, promoviendo la transferencia efectiva de conocimientos técnicos.
What will help you thrive in this role?
Educación: Carrera Técnica / Ingeniería (Mecánica, Electrónica, Mecatrónica o afín)- Experiencia: Mínimo 4 años como técnico en maquinaria industrial, sólida experiencia en CNC, hornos de inducción & gas, prensas mecánicas & hidráulicas, molinos, granalladoras, esmeriles, cortadoras, sistema de manejo de moldes).
- Habilidades: Experto en resolución de problemas técnicos (mecánicos, eléctricos y neumáticos). Capacidad de diagnóstico rápido bajo presión.
