Brindar soporte operativo al Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad Industrial de la organización, mediante inspecciones constantes, la implementación de medidas preventivas, capacitación básica al personal y el cumplimiento de la normatividad aplicable.
Actuar como vínculo entre la estrategia del área y la operación en campo, promoviendo una cultura de prevención, identificando riesgos y asegurando la correcta ejecución de tareas críticas bajo controles adecuados.
A Day In The Life
Asegurar la implementación y seguimiento de los Sistemas de Gestión de Seguridad, verificando su correcta aplicación para garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares y la mejora continua.
Realizar recorridos e inspecciones diarias en planta, talleres, almacenes y áreas de riesgo para identificar actos y condiciones inseguras.
Verificar el uso adecuado del Equipo de Protección Personal (EPP) conforme a los procedimientos establecidos.
Administrar y controlar permisos de trabajo para actividades críticas (trabajos en altura, espacios confinados, corte y soldadura, energías peligrosas - LOTO, entre otros).
Apoyar en la investigación de incidentes y accidentes, recopilando evidencias y contribuyendo al análisis de causas.
Impartir capacitaciones operativas y pláticas de seguridad (inducción, charlas de 5 minutos, refuerzos) a personal y contratistas.
Dar seguimiento al estado y mantenimiento de equipos contra incendio, señalización, rutas de evacuación y puntos de reunión.
Supervisar actividades de contratistas, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y uso de EPP.
Mantener actualizados registros, bitácoras, listas de asistencia y formatos de inspección.
Apoyar en la organización y ejecución de simulacros, brigadas y capacitaciones prácticas.
Colaborar en programas de orden y limpieza, campañas preventivas y auditorías internas.
What will help you thrive in this role?
Escolaridad mínima: Técnico en Seg e Higiene / Ingeniería Industrial o afin
Conocimiento básico/intermedio de normas STPS (NOM-001 a NOM-035)
Manejo de procedimientos de bloqueo de energía (LOTO)
Uso de EPP, señalización, extintores y formatos de inspección
Conocimiento de permisos de trabajo y tareas de alto riesgo (bajo supervisión)
Habilidades básicas en detección de riesgos y análisis de causas
Manejo de Excel, Word y PowerPoint (nivel básico)
Rol de turnos (disponibilidad para laborar fines de semana).
