Job Overview
Responsable de cumplir con los programas de producción asignados, mediante la adecuada gestión de los recursos humanos, técnicos y materiales, enfocados en el logro de indicadores Seguridad, Calidad, Productividad, Entrega a Tiempo y Costos.
A Day In The Life
1.--Asegurar que las áreas de trabajo asignadas se mantengan de manera ordenada y limpia.
2.--Asegurar que se mantengan los estándares de disciplina y apegados a las politicas y reglamentos vigentes.
3.--Dar cumplimiento a los estándares de Calidad y Seguridad, Rate de Fabricación y Costo, en los procesos de producción asignados.
4.-Participar activamente en proyectos de Mejora de los procesos asignados.
5.-Dar cumplimiento a los diferentes programas de capacitación del personal a su cargo.
6.-Reportar y dar seguimiento a desviaciones que afecten los objetivos del área, (Faltante de Materiales, Fallas de Equipos, Ausentismo,Problemas de abastecimiento, Etc). Estándares incorrectos, Errores de Ruta.
7.-Supervisar y administrar el proceso productivo y los recursos materiales, técnicos y humanos (Asistencia, Entrenamiento, Disciplina y Desarrollo de su personal) a su disposición, para cumplir con el programa de producción diario con Seguridad, en tiempo, calidad, cantidad, y costo. Asegurar el inicio y término de turno a tiempo.
What will help you thrive in this role?
Escolaridad: Ingenieria Mecánica, Industrial o afín.
Minimo 5 años de experiencia en industria metal mecánica (solida experiencia en Maquinas – herramientas CNC, programación Control numérico CNC, Tornos CNC, Centros de Maquinado Vertical, Alta precisión).
Administración de OEE, Maquinaria y Equipos
Conocimiento en herramientas de mejora continua.
Conocimiento en Estándar SQDC Tableros, 5S, Orden, Limpieza, Disciplina.
Conocimiento Básico de las herramientas asignadas a su área.
Inglés técnico
Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos
