Job Overview

En esta posición seras responsable de gestionar al personal a su cargo y de supervisar todas las operaciones dentro del almacén, incluyendo la seguridad y las funciones administrativas como la recepción y organización de materiales.

A Day In The Life

  • Supervisar recepción, almacenamiento y surtido de materia prima y producto terminado.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de rutas, tiempos de entrega y capacidad de transporte para satisfacer los requerimientos de clientes internos y externos.
  • Coordinar inventarios cíclicos y anuales.
  • Asegurar la exactitud y confiabilidad de los inventarios mediante controles operativos y auditorías periódicas.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de las políticas de almacenamiento, PEPS, orden, limpieza y seguridad.
  • Monitorear indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) relacionados con nivel de servicio, entregas a tiempo, productividad e inventarios.
  • Gestionar y resolver incidencias logísticas, reclamaciones de clientes y desviaciones operativas.
  • Controlar mermas, diferencias de inventario y gastos extraordinarios, implementando acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario.
  • Identificar e implementar proyectos de mejora continua orientados a la reducción de costos, optimización de procesos y eficiencia operativa.
  • Coordinar y desarrollar al equipo de almacén y logística, promoviendo una cultura de seguridad, disciplina y orientación a resultados.

What will help you thrive in this role?

Escolaridad: Ingeniería Industrial, Logística o carrera afín.

Experiencia: mínima de 5 años en posición de jefatura, en empresas de manufactura.

Experiencia en coordinación de almacenes (surtido, embarques, transporte y administración de inventarios).

Experiencia en operaciones de comercio exterior, procesos aduanales e Incoterms.
