Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Develops, evaluates, and improves sand casting manufacturing process and methods.
  2. Active leader for design & software simulation for improving the pattern plates metal flow
  3. Project internal leader for receiving transfers products/process from other facilities ·        
  4. Product quotations - Reviews product engineering prints and specifications,
  5. Analyzes and puts forward estimate / plan for cycle times, scrap, work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow  
  6. Designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.

Skills and Experience


  • Previous working experience as a Process Engineer for at least 5 years
  • MA in Engineering or similar relevant filed
  • Hands on experience with engineering software packages
  • Problem solver
  • Great analytical skills
  • Cost reduction proven development & facts
  • Model maker
