Position Overview

Reporting to the Inspection Manager, implement daily inspection at office or at supplier on-site, and support inspection manager to do documentation of inspection data base, based on Changzhou,changshu,Shangdong  pingying

Duties and Responsibilities

Inspect FAI sample at Changzhou /Changshu/Shangdong pingying office or on-site at supplier, such as dimension test, hardness test, tensile test, yield test, salt spray test etc.

Sampling inspection on-site at supplier for 1st three batches, besides do the sampling inspection, also needs to review the inspection ability of supplier, and control method for the key parameter (such as key dimension, hardness, tensile, etc.) together with inspection manager or SQE or based on the instruction from SQE

• Spot check for high running items and, also implement a regular on-site check based on plan yearly;
• Help to do other on-site check and audit based on the instruction from SQE;
• Do the documentation of inspection data base and summary it to SQE as required (weekly/monthly/yearly);
• Other task from manager from time to time.

Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of operation testing equipment such as VSM, tensile equipment, hardness test, spectrum analysis, microstructure analysis, etc.
• Knowledge of reading the drawing in English;
• Knowledge of the basic concept for quality management, sampling rate, AQL, the basic handle method when failure detected.
• Knowledge of casting, stamping, forging process is appreciated.
