Position Overview

This position is primarily responsible for the receiving of direct and in-direct materials and products; preparation and loading of finished product for customer delivery or pick-up; and periodic inventory counting. All tasks are performed in accordance with approved processes and procedures to ensure system updates, proper coordination and documentation, and checks and verification are followed.

Duties and Responsibilities

Receives and file copies of Purchase Orders to determine the quantity and description of direct materials, in-direct materials, and products to be received. Prepares the Material Inspection Request (MIR)for received materials and forward to Quality Control Staff for material incoming inspection. Prepares and checks quantity and types of finished products for delivery or pick-up as per received Delivery Receipts. Records and Checks the quantity and serial numbers of finished goods and loads and packs the finished goods on the customer’s vehicle and/or trucker’s vehicle.Updates and inputs materials and finished goods movement and transactions in the warehouse inventory monitoring system and GreatPlains. Receives and checks of finished goods from Manufacturing as per FG report and QC final inspection Report. Conducts actual inventory for all raw materials and finished goods stored in the warehouse and submit results to Material Support Staff. Updates daily the Materials and Racking Monitoring Board. Operates and maintains the forklift, pallet lifter, and all related materials-handling equipment to transport materials and deliveries. Ensures the housekeeping, safety, and operating efficiency of the forklift, warehouse office, container vans, dehumidified van, racks, pallets, crates, etc. under the responsibility of Warehouse and Materials in general. Ensures the implementation of the First-In/First-out Policy.

Skills and Experience

Preferably have at least 2 years college education.

Minimum of three (3) year experience in warehousing in a manufacturing set-up

Must be computer literate and knowledgeable in Windows-based spreadsheets, word processing and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system .

Must have a valid driver’s license
