The Marketing Specialist II is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role requires a creative and analytical professional capable of creating compelling marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and leveraging various channels to reach audiences.

A Day In The Life

• Collaborer avec des équipes créatives ou des agences pour concevoir des contenus de campagne percutants : rédaction, visuels et multimédias

• Réaliser des études de marché pour identifier les tendances, les préférences des clients et les activités de la concurrence, et exploiter les données pour une prise de décision éclairée

• Créer des contenus marketing (articles de blog, articles, livres blancs, infographies, vidéos, présentations) pour susciter l’engagement et générer des conversions

• Gérer les réseaux sociaux, élaborer des calendriers éditoriaux et interagir avec les audiences pour développer la notoriété de la marque et stimuler l’engagement

• Communiquer efficacement les plans marketing, les objectifs et les résultats aux parties prenantes et à la direction

• Participer à la planification et à l'exécution d'événements, de salons professionnels ou de webinaires, en coordonnant la logistique, les promotions et les stratégies de suivi

• Contribuer au positionnement et à la communication de la marque, en veillant à la cohérence et au respect des directives de la marque dans toutes les activités marketing

• S'informer des tendances du secteur, des technologies émergentes et des meilleures pratiques du marché, et proposer des idées novatrices pour améliorer les stratégies marketing

• Collaborating with creative teams or agencies to create exciting campaign content, including copywriting, visuals, and multimedia elements

• Conducting market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities, utilizing data for informed decision-making

• Generating marketing content such as blog posts, articles, whitepapers, infographics, videos, and presentations to engage audiences and lead conversions

• Overseeing social media accounts, creating content calendars, and engaging with audiences to build brand awareness and drive engagement

• Effectively communicating marketing plans, goals, and results to stakeholders and leadership

• Assisting in planning and executing events, trade shows, or webinars, coordinating logistics, promotions, and follow-up strategies

• Supporting brand positioning and messaging efforts, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing activities

• Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market best practices, contributing innovative ideas to enhance marketing strategies

• Baccalauréat en marketing, administration des affaires, communication ou domaine connexe

• 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en marketing, de préférence à un poste similaire (requis)

• Maîtrise des tactiques de marketing numérique (requis)

• Solide compréhension des principes, techniques et meilleures pratiques marketing sur différents canaux

• Expérience des outils CRM et d'automatisation marketing pour la génération et la qualification de prospects

• Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et de révision, avec la capacité de créer du contenu percutant pour différents supports

• Solides compétences analytiques

• Capacité à élaborer des plans marketing, à présenter des résultats et à influencer les parties prenantes

• Maîtrise des logiciels de conception graphique et de montage vidéo

• Volonté d'apprendre et de s'adapter aux nouvelles technologies, tendances et évolutions du secteur du marketing

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role (required)

• Familiarity with digital marketing tactics (required)

• Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices across various channels

•  Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools for lead generation and nurturing

•  Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling content for various mediums

•  Strong analytical skills

•  Ability to articulate marketing plans, present findings, and influence stake holders

•  Familiarity with graphic design software and video editing tools

•  Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, trends, and industry developments in marketing
