Job Overview
Le/La coordonnateur(trice) comptabilité est responsable des trois axes suivants, soit les comptes payables, les comptes recevables ainsi que la trésorerie. Il/elle devra s’assurer que les factures des fournisseurs, leurs paiements et les rapprochements de comptes soient traités avec exactitude et à temps. Il/elle devra aussi s’assurer de l’encaissement des comptes-clients et en faire le suivi le cas échéant. Il/elle devra s’assurer de l’exactitude des opérations bancaires et leur comptabilisation. Il/Elle travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les fournisseurs, les clients, les services internes et l'équipe du siège social pour résoudre les problèmes et tenir à jour des dossiers financiers exacts.
A Day In The Life
- Valider et enregistrer les factures payables dans OnBase - SAP
- Émettre les paiements électroniques et les chèques
- Envoyer les demandes d’ouverture de nouveaux fournisseurs chez Apex
- Classer les factures payables et les paiements
- Envoyer les factures client par courriel ou sur les portails des clients.
- Faire le suivi des paiements de factures client (Collection)
- Conciliation bancaire - FEBAN
- Vérifier et préparer les dépôts et les envoyer au Lockbox
- Écritures et rapport TPS TVQ
- Produire rapports et écritures dans Blackline
- Entrer les données du rapport mensuel ESG Data
- Entrer les données pour l’inventaire annuel

What will help you thrive in this role?
- Diplôme d'études collégiales et minimum 3 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente
- Spécialisation en comptabilité ou en finance souhaitée
- Traitement des comptes fournisseurs
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) et de SAP
- Expérience du traitement de volumes importants de comptes fournisseurs et des opérations de fin de mois
- Excellentes aptitudes à la résolution de problèmes, avec une capacité de réflexion critique et créative
- Capacité démontrée à prendre des initiatives et à travailler de façon autonome avec un minimum de supervision
