L'électromécanicien assure le bon fonctionnement des machines, en s'appuyant sur le dossier de fabrication, les plans électriques et documents techniques.

A Day In The Life

  • Réaliser la maintenance préventive et adaptative
  • Entretennir et dépanner des machines, des interventions régulières de maintenance préventives / adaptatives et réaliser des tâches d'entretien programmées tel que le nettoyage, la vérification de l'isolation des circuits électriques, le graissage des roulements, les réglages, le changement de pièces mécaniques.
  • Démonter et effectuer le service sur des systèmes d’injection et des presses pour le moulage de pièces en époxy
  • Trouver et repèrer  les anomalies comme la surchauffe, les interruptions de courant, la déformation ou l'usure
  • Remplacer les éléments défectueux
  • Procéder à une série de tests et de mesures pour trouver l'origine des pannes
  • Remplacer les pièces ou les composants concernés, effectuer les réglages et remettre la machine en service
  • Maintenir les lieux de travail propre et rangé
