Position Overview

Under the direction of the VP Marketing, the Program Analyst provides analysis and execution of all commercial incentive programs, commissions, and other programs for the Commercial Construction business.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for accurate reporting of commercial programs for Commercial Construction business, including incentives, commissions and other programs
  • For all customer incentive and agent commission programs provides summarized data used to calculate accounting accruals and related payments
  • Provides reporting to customers of earned incentives and reconciles actual customer incentive deductions vs. incentives earned
  • Coordinates annual incentive renewal process with business leaders and maintains accurate database of all customer incentive programs
  • Primary contact for all customer incentive and agent commission related questions/support for business leaders, accounts receivable and customer service
  • Generates all agent commission reporting, reviews for accuracy and submits corrections
  • Provides detailed reporting to all agents of earned commissions
  • Prepares detailed monthly financial forecasting related to customer incentive and agent commission programs
  • Manages customer freight claims process with carriers
  • Strengthens existing processes to provide additional automation and business analytics
Skills and Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer service group or commercial finance department supporting a multi-site manufacturing organization
  • Experience with multiple customer channels (ED – Electrical Distribution, OEM, retail, etc.)
  • BS Degree in Business strongly desired
  • Possess solid analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Experience with SAP or other large ERP systems as well as exposure to BI tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (i.e. Pivot tables, v-lookups)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence change across all levels of an organization
  • Self-starter who is able to work independently and executes projects effectively and efficiently
Education
Bachelors Degree in Finance or Marketing
