Job Overview

 

The Senior Manager of Commercial Analytics will oversee market facing business research, analytics and insights. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations, this role is pivotal in identifying and managing external data sources to support executive decision-making for Hubbell, Inc.'s key segments. Additionally, this position will be responsible for developing and managing a platform for data sharing and engagement tailored for Hubbell Commercial Leaders.

A Day In The Life

 

  • Lead and manage a research and insights team (as developed), ensuring seamless collaboration and effective outcomes.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage external data sources that enhance business decision-making across key segments.
  • Develop and maintain a robust platform for data sharing and engagement among Hubbell Commercial Leaders.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to provide actionable insights that drive business strategies and results.
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and relevance of data and insights delivered to stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in commercial analytics and data management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

What will help you thrive in this role?

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience managing and leading teams, with a focus on remote or international teams.
  • Strong understanding of data management, analytics platforms, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with executive leadership and providing strategic business insights.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High degree of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
