Position Overview
AccelTex Solutions is seeking a talented, highly motivated, dependable individual to support our Wi-Fi Alliance Program. We are a B2B high-tech manufacturing company with a focus in Wi-Fi accessory products for enterprise applications. This position is full-time, based in San Antonio and may require overnight travel to Austin, Texas or other Wi-Fi Alliance meeting locations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as support for AccelTex Solutions to the Wi-Fi Alliance, Wi-Fi Alliance member organizations and Wi-Fi Alliance vendors.
• Support vendor relationships and oversee approximately 20 vendor contracts. New vendors may be added as needed by the Wi-Fi Alliance.
• Purchasing functions, including issuing POs, tracking incoming POs, resolving any PO issues and managing vendor invoices and payments with the accounting team.
• Inventory management for approximately 200 part numbers, including sales and forecast analysis and managing product returns as allowed by contract.
• Manage the RMA and Warranty Returns process between members and manufacturers.
• Assist the Wi-Fi Alliance Program Manager with various tasks, including:
o New customer set up process and verifying membership status prior to fulfilling orders.
o Sales order management functions, such as updating customers on the status of their order, status of export licenses and shipping information.
o Part number development and management, test bed component management and updating our systems with all changes made by the Wi-Fi Alliance to their purchasing catalog.
o Work with our warehouse and shipping teams to ensure all orders are labeled, documented, and shipped properly.
o Work with our marketing team, web development team and ERP provider to develop or initiate changes to the Wi-Fi Alliance online ordering portal and online product display.
• Other related tasks and projects as assigned.
Skills and Experience
Exceptional verbal, written, problem solving and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent ability to prioritize and set personal deadlines for projects and assignments; ability to multi-task and work under tight, time specific deadlines
• Ability to understand and follow specific directions and instructions
• Excellent interaction, interpersonal skills and previous experience working in a team environment
• Proficient use of computer systems/software, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to identify, make recommendations and improve on current processes and procedures
• Strong, proactive self-starter attitude with minimal direction from superiors
• Team player who is flexible and adaptable to change
• Ability to work with people of different nationalities and background and work through language, cultural and business differences
• 4-year degree required
• Proof of US Citizenship required
• Previous experience in program management, product management, manufacturing or technology hardware required
