Job Overview
| 1.过程质量控制策划 |
| 策划和改进从原材料进厂至成品出库整个过程的质量控制流程，完善质量控制标准文件和过程检验方法； |
| 2.过程质量控制实施 |
| •监督过程质量控制中标准和规范的实施，确保质量控制实施的有效性和完整性； |
| •发现生产过程种出现的质量异常和潜在异常，减少和杜绝质量事故的发生； |
| •监督IPQC日常工作及考核； |
| 3.不合格品管理 |
| 针对发现的异常和不合格品，及时组织团队进行分析/处置，制定不合格处理方案和纠正预防措施，督促责任部门落实整改方案并验证实施效果；NCR清单维护； |
| 4.客户管理 |
| 处理客户投诉问题，组织团队进行原因分析并制定整改措施，完成8D报告及客户投诉清单维护； |
| 5.例行性审核和测试 |
| •按照审核计划进行产品过程审核； |
| •协助进行过程相关测试和试验； |
| 6.持续改进 |
| 识别生产过程中TOP不良，制定品质改善目标，组织、推动和跟踪品质改善措施的实施和验证； |
A Day In The Life
Every day at Hubbell is different and you’ll contribute in many ways. On any given day, you’ll make a difference by:
- Performing in-process and final product acceptance based on AQL sampling.
- Coordinating process improvement activities with work order; drawing changes with Mfg. Engineering and Operations as required.
- Willing to assist or coordinate auditor efforts in other areas as required.
- Keeping management apprised of progress and obstacles that constrain attainment of company objectives.
- Understanding the plant policies and environment as it pertains to the safety of employees, operation of equipment, handling of equipment, and materials.
- Understanding and monitoring QA and Production performance as defined in foundry control plans.
What will help you thrive in this role?
- High School Diploma
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Prior Quality Assurance auditing experience (required)
- Record of passing HPS QA Test (required)
- Experience with SAP systems preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
