Job Overview

1. 过程质量控制和巡检

• 根据巡检计划和路线，定期对设备、设施、环境等进行巡检；
• 根据控制计划实施生产过程巡检，确保每个工序的产品符合设计和工艺要求；
• 实施首件产品检验，按要求做好标识并记录数据，确保合格后方可批量生产；
• 每4小时进行产品剖检，按要求拍摄剖检照片；
• 如巡检过程中发现异常，应及时反馈质量工程师/专员及生产班长；

2. 产品护套厚度抽检和半成品外观全检

• 每班进行产品护套厚度抽检，识别偏芯的产品；
• 每班对半成品（3台设备生产的90种产品）进行外观全检；

3. 检验报告

及时完成巡检日报表，护套厚度抽检及半成品外观全检纸质报告，并交由质量文员/工程师存档；同时完成电子文档数据登记，确保结果和数据真实、准确；

4. 不合格品管理

• 首件产品不合格，不可以批量生产，通知质量工程师/专员及生产班长；
• 连续三模产品不合格，挂牌停机，通知质量工程师/专员及生产班长；
• 不合格品需按要求标识隔离，转移到不合格品区；

5. 检具量具管理

负责检验巡检过程中检验工具和检测设备的管理，确保使用和运行正常；

6. 持续改进

• 协助质量工程师/专员跟踪品质改善措施的实施和验证；
• 积极提报生产全过程中发现的异常问题点及改善方案；

7. 团队合作

积极配合其他同事完成相关工作内容；

Every day at Hubbell is different and you’ll contribute in many ways. On any given day, you’ll make a difference by: 

• Performing in-process and final product acceptance based on AQL sampling.
• Coordinating process improvement activities with work order; drawing changes with Mfg. Engineering and Operations as required.
• Willing to assist or coordinate auditor efforts in other areas as required. 
• Keeping management apprised of progress and obstacles that constrain attainment of company objectives. 
• Understanding the plant policies and environment as it pertains to the safety of employees, operation of equipment, handling of equipment, and materials. 
• Understanding and monitoring QA and Production performance as defined in foundry control plans.

What will help you thrive in this role?

• High School Diploma
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Prior Quality Assurance auditing experience (required)
• Record of passing HPS QA Test (required)
• Experience with SAP systems preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
