A Day In The Life

 

1. Ensure pulled parts for specific assemblies agree with Bill of Material

2. Prepares sub-assemblies as necessary

3. Assemble finished products using sub-assemblies and additional parts specified

4. Operates a variety of equipment such as index tables, drill presses, soldering machine, air and electric presses, Hubbell drivers, electric grinder, wire strippers, air drivers, etc.

5. Performs ongoing visual inspection

6. Tests finished product

7. Repairs to faulty assembly

8. Product upgrade / conversion

9. Prepares packing material

10. Packages finished product and transports to Holding Area

11. Clean-up of workstation

12. Other duties related to assembly functions

The hourly rate this position is $22.58. Total compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package, pension plan, and may include other incentives. This posting is for a new replacement. Please note that artificial intelligence tools are not used during the screening process.
