Job Overview

Primary contact between Customers, Field Personnel, Marketing, Pricing, Planning and Warehouse for assigned territory for the Hubbell Construction & Energy and Hubbell Commercial & Industrial prorducts

A Day In The Life

Provides customer service and order management support for an assigned territory by processing and expediting orders, resolving customer and sales representative inquiries, and ensuring delivery commitments are met. Coordinates with internal teams including Planning, Marketing, Quality, Warehouse, and Product Management to address order issues, delivery concerns, and technical product inquiries. Maintains accurate order documentation, monitors open orders and backlog reports, and manages returns, credits, debits, and shipping discrepancies. Supports customers with product information, pricing, lead times, alternative product recommendations, and custom order requests. Promotes customer self-service tools, delivers training on digital platforms, and ensures compliance with company policies while contributing to team goals and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

What will help you thrive in this role?

  • Post secondary school, minimum of a two year program.
  • CET in the Electrical discipline; strong technical knowledge required
  • Electricity 101 is a definite asset
  • 6 months - 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The expected salary for this position is $55,100 – $78,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Please note this range reflects base salary only. Total compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package, pension plan, and may include other incentives. This posting is for a replacement position.
