Schedule: 8 hours (630am to 3:00pm) Monday Through Friday - and Saturdays when needed. Duties and Responsibilities
Work in press molding department mixing/compounding bulk molding compound material batches used to compression mold parts of various sizes.1. Follow Company safety and break policies, work in a safe manner, follow directions, and wear company issued Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Immediately report any unsafe activity or accident to area Supervisor.2. Learn and understand standard dual blade mixing operation equipment.3. Dispense and weigh liquid material into buckets, pour liquid materials and 50-pound dry powder material bags into designated mixing vessels – Maximum Lifting Policy is 50 pounds.4. Remove compounded material from mixing vessel into designated material troughs in a safe manner as instructed.5. Work in an efficient manner maintaining part shift through/put quantity requirements.6. Ask questions when unsure of work safety and through-put quantity requirements.7. Keep area clean, and follow good housekeeping practices.

1. Ability to follow instructions.

Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
