Job Overview

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator is responsible for managing the company’s accounts receivable processes and maintaining accurate financial records.  This position reports into the US finance team and works the night shift in the Philippines.

A Day In The Life

  • Maintain accounts receivables and collections and follow up as necessary
  • Process New Customer Credit Applications
  • Credit Review for Orders with Credit Issues
  • Process payments from customers
  • Make contacts for short or delinquent payments
  • Comfortable with speaking to customers
  • Process Lien waivers
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and financial audits
  • Generate and distribute accounts receivable reports and statements
  • Support the finance team with data entry and other clerical tasks as required

What will help you thrive in this role?

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting is a plus but not required
  • 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or finance.
  • Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a team.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines;  high energy, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Ability to multitask and be flexible with workload and assignments.
  • Ability to exercise judgment.
