Job Overview

Receives, stocks and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products within establishments.   Responsibilities include those of a Warehouse Associate I with additional administrative requirement.

Positions available on 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th shift.

A Day In The Life

  • Receives material from suppliers and production and verifies accuracy of packing lists against Purchase orders using SAP purchasing Screens or "Boxing report".
  • Counts, sorts and stores materials or items on racks, shelves or bins according to SAP inventory screens.
  • Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools or other stock items and distributes items to production areas (as needed on second shift).
  • Records quantities of material or items received or distributed by use of Material Requisitions, Receiving Ticket, Sample Requisition Forms, etc.
  • Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
  • Operates material handling equipment such as fork truck, electronic counting/weighing scales, 

What will help you thrive in this role?

Fork-lift and inventory experience is a plus. Must be able to work in a team.  1-2 years of Warehouse experience desired.  This position requires lifting at least 50 pounds, handling 12 foot long crates with fork lift, computer (email and SAP) skills.
