Job Overview

Primary Purpose
The Administrative Coordinator supports supervisors and plant leadership by ensuring all daily production data is accurately recorded and submitted on time. This role is also responsible for updating plant charts and dashboards to keep teams informed of progress, as well as assisting with MRO and maintenance purchasing activities.

A Day In The Life

Every day at Hubbell is different and you’ll contribute in many ways. On any given day, you’ll make a difference by: 

    • Collaborate effectively with supervisors, coordinators, and plant management.
    • Participate in improvement initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
    • Complete logs and documentation as required.
    • Work overtime as needed (50+ hours per week).
    • Enter Preventative Maintenance data and update plant dashboards daily.
    • Identify and clearly communicate any deficiencies or errors in paperwork.
    • Accurately enter daily production information into SAP.
    • Track work orders and follow up as needed.
    • Assist with MRO and maintenance purchasing to support operational needs.

What will help you thrive in this role?

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with coordinators, peers, supervisors, vendors, Purchasing, Production Control, and team leads.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • SAP experience preferred.
