Job Overview

The Enterprise Strategy and Planning Lead is responsible for driving the alignment of business objectives with technology strategies across the organization. This role ensures that enterprise architecture and technology investments support long-term business goals, while maintaining governance and enabling innovation. The position serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and a key facilitator for enterprise-wide planning and prioritization.

A Day In The Life

• Develop and maintain enterprise technology and capability roadmaps.
• Align IT initiatives with business objectives and corporate strategy.
• Facilitate annual and quarterly technical strategy and planning cycles.
• Oversee application and technology portfolio rationalization.
• Monitor technology lifecycle(s) through active engagement with pillar tech teams.
• Define and enforce architecture principles, policies, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture guidelines during solution delivery.
• Communicate strategic plans and architectural decisions to stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for enterprise initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their strategic impact.
• Define KPIs for strategic initiatives and track progress.
• Provide reporting and insights to executive leadership.

What will help you thrive in this role?

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, or technology planning.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and governance.
• Extensive experience in designing and documenting enterprise-level technology systems.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic technology plans, aligning them with business objectives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
