In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind strategic partnerships with Tier I and Tier II carriers, contractors, integrators, and EPC firms. A Day In The Life
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of telecom market trends and technologies.
- Establish and strengthen partnerships with Tier I carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Lumen, Hawaiian Telecom) and top turf contractors.
- Support field sales with technical expertise, product training, and educational demonstrations.
- Track key projects from inception to completion using Salesforce and Power BI.
- Stay current with industry standards (ATIS, TIA, BICSI) and communicate updates to the sales team.
- Represent Hubbell at major trade shows and conferences (NATE, PEG, AMOC, Connect(X)).
- Work with OEMs and engineering firms to secure Hubbell product specifications in new designs and projects.
- Plan and execute strategic contractor events, regional meetings, and industry trade shows.
What will help you thrive in this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or Communications (preferred).
- Experience in electrical or telecom markets (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Power BI.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
