Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Operations Team Lead manages the operational infrastructure necessary for successful recruiting and selection activities of the organization.  The TA Team Lead is responsible for managing global TA systems, leading the TA Operations team, and performing Data Analysis and Reporting.  Duties include performing analytics on a wide spectrum of TA data, managing several TA related systems, looking for process improvements, and leading a small team. This position will have a direct line of influence in developing new programs to support key TA initiatives and will assist in system transitions

Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Functions:
•    Lead the Talent Acquisition Operations team
•    Own Talent Acquisition Analytics needs for Hubbell Talent Acquisition
•    Owns key initiatives, programs, and projects for the recruitment organization. Be an active and influential member of cross-functional project teams to represent the interests of the recruitment organization.
•    Responsible for systems conversion support.
•    Own software vendor relationships for all of TA.
•    Partner with TA Director on relationships with Background Check providers and Relocation Partners.
•    Act as a subject matter expert on SuccessFactors as it relates to TA.
o    Serve as first point of contact for all ATS troubleshooting from recruiters, HRBPs, and hiring managers.
o    Train new recruiters/managers as needed.
o    Optimize the system to ensure maximum productivity of the team.
•    Researches, evaluates, and recommend new recruitment and hiring tools, technologies, methodologies and concepts. (AI, ChatBots, Predictive Sourcing, Candidate Assessment Tools, Texting, CRM, Geofencing, etc)
•    Develop and maintain TA guides for the recruiters and hiring managers. 
•    Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiencies.
•    Elevate our employer brand awareness in partnership with TA management; help maintain the integrity of our Glassdoor and LinkedIn pages, content updates to social media sites and content changes for the career’s website.
•    Oversees key TA programs such as Onboarding, Preemployment Testing, Employee Referral, Stakeholder Satisfaction Surveys, and other related programs.

Additional Responsibilities:
•    Troubleshoot reporting problems and other desktop application issues. 
•    Provide system maintenance and updates as needed.   
•    Provide project support for Global Director of TA 
•    Serve as liaison with software support technicians in resolving programming and related problems. 
•    Conduct data integrity audits as needed.
 

Skills and Experience

•    Bachelor’s degree or demonstrable expertise in Talent Acquisition. 
•    3 or more years progressive TA experience, ideally in an international organization.
•    3 or more years’ experience with data manipulation. 
•    Strong organizational and project management skills.  
•    Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel to analyze, cleanse and otherwise manage data (i.e., functions, formulas and pivot tables).  
•    Experience with an HRIS such as SuccessFactors or ADP.
•    Extensive knowledge of, and experience with Greenhouse.
•    Ability to be extremely detail oriented while also focusing on the big picture.
•    Excellent planning, prioritization and organizational skills.
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
