Position Overview

Position Overview:

  • The Project Coordinators primary role is managing open projects in your prospective dollar range.
  • The position objective is to assure measurable results in achieving an exceptional end customer experience, for current accounts, and participate in the closure of new national account business.
  • Touch points include, but are not limited to some pricing, specification reviews, customer service order management, pre-sale forecasting, inventory management, post-sale issue resolution.

Skills and Experience:

  • 2-5 years of direct customer support project management a plus.
  • 4-year degree or substantial (8+ yrs) offsetting experience
  • Demonstrated relationship building and customer management skills
  • A proven resourceful and creative decision-maker, with a sound analytical judgment skill set
  • Driven to produce measurable results and continuously improve, strong in data analysis
  • Computer skills including SAP or other ERP, MS Office (emphasis on Excel, Access)


  • Bachelors Degree
  • Associates Degree in Business
