We’re Hiring! Join the Hubbell Enterprise Marketing team as our next Print Fulfillment Associate!

 

The Print Fulfillment (PF) Associate supports the marketing operations team with a primary focus to assist in the execution of all printing needs and sourcing of promotional merchandise to effectively promote Hubbell and its brands. The PF Associate maintains a close working relationship with HEM team members providing support with print requirements, processes, and collateral project management. The position will primarily focus on performing all tasks to support workflow processing demands for print deliverables with a primary focus on promotional merchandise. The primary role duty will be to serve as a point of contact between HEM and the promotional merchandise vendor to maintain the storefront as well as coordinate spot buys for custom ordering requests. Other job duties will include supporting the Print Fulfillment (PF) Manager with production of print literature requests and maintenance of the literature fulfillment storefront portal providing the vendor a key contact for maintenance and continual improvement of enterprise-wide literature, product sample, and other marketing initiative needs. The PF Associate should assist the PF Manager in continually analyzing, seeking out, and evaluating cost-saving initiatives while striving to maintain quality and efficiency in enterprise print budgets.

 

The position will require the ability to understand stakeholder needs, recommend suitable print or merchandise solutions, and ensure the successful execution and on-time delivery of projects. Success in this position will require a combination of customer service, relationship building, creativity, project management, knowledge of various print processes and the ability to consistently communicate expected outcomes to key stakeholders. Experience in promotional merchandise and a background in print production are preferred. Individual should feel confident utilizing a Mac computer system, Microsoft office 365 and Adobe software such as, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat Professional/Pitstop at a mid to advanced level.

You’ll partner closely with Marketing, manage our promo merchandise storefront, support print execution, and help elevate the Hubbell brand across the enterprise.

A Day In The Life

  • Execute strategy for print production of offset, digital, web and wide format print deliverables utilizing in-house print services, outside print vendors, and literature fulfillment vendors to deliver HEM marketing projects
  • Manage incoming requests for promotional merchandise for our internal business and corporate stakeholders
  • Support overall creative services and be equipped to recommend alternative print and/or distribution methods based on budgetary and time constraints
  • Assist in bid solicitations & recommendations for procurement of print projects, primarily with promotional merchandise but can include all print & fulfillment related items
  • Assist PF Manager with vendor communications of all PF projects
  • Maintain print and promo merchandise portals and communicate to internal customers when inventory is low and make recommendations for high-running items
  • Assists with training HEM team members on tools and processes & research new print methods

Requirements

  • BA or BS in marketing, graphic design, or graphic communications
  • At least 3-5 years of related experience in print production, preference for wide format printing and promotional merchandise
  • Strongly motivated with a high level of initiative; ability to build relationships and work within a team environment
  • Ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • The ability to work with little supervision while delivering high-quality work
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills required
  • Has ability to logically trouble shoot, problem solve and adapt to problems as they arise
  • Previous experience with graphic design software including Adobe Acrobat, In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator. Capacity to learn other related programs such as Veracore Order Fulfillment Software.
  • Must also have Microsoft Office 365 familiarity with a mid to advanced level of experience in Excel. Macintosh experience is required.
