Position Overview


Contribute toward the efficient operation of the rubber encapsulating department.  Complies with current ISO requirements, good housekeeping, and all safety requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. To set up and operate rubber encapsulation machine, per requirements of the print specifications, shop order, and process sheet
  2. Adhere to all safety regulations for the safety of self and others.
  3. Assure that machine is operated with proper mold, and at proper temperature.
  4. mentation associated with the operation.
  5. Maintains the workstation area in a clean and orderly condition.
  6. Maybe required to train any new employee assigned to the area.
  7. Performs other duties as directed by supervisor.
  8. Perform at a level to maintain production standards.
  9. May be required to work at any workstation to meet production requirements.
  10. Inspect product to assure continued conformance to specification

Skills and Experience

Preferred Skills:

Language Skills - Good communication skills are key.  Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
