Position Overview

The Hubbell Enterprise Marketing (HEM) team’s Sr. Associate, Corporate Marketing is a strategic business partner to Hubbell’s internal corporate clients including the executive leadership team, enterprise-wide shared services, vertical market teams, and strategic accounts. They collaborate with these groups to develop marketing campaigns, programs, and event coordination in support of business growth and communication objectives.

The  Sr. Associate, Corporate Marketing liaises between their clients and cross-functional HEM teams to ensure the timely and successful execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns and initiatives which position Hubbell, as well as its brands and products, as industry leaders.

The Sr. Associate, Corporate Marketing is well-versed in a variety of marketing concepts, practices and procedures and relies on extensive experience and sound judgment to plan and accomplish goals. They perform a variety of tasks as well as lead the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Duties and Responsibilities

Client Relations:

  • Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders based on trust and expertise, flawlessly managing projects and executing deliverables.
  • Build collaborative, cross-functional relationships across Hubbell’s enterprise organization disciplines.
  • Seek to expand knowledge of both Hubbell brand offerings, competitors, as well as emerging market trends, sharing learnings and insights with clients and peers.

Marketing Strategy:

  • Simplify complexities and minimize ambiguity through a rigorous and disciplined approach, defining objectives and providing clear, concise, direction that drives measurable results.
  • Effectively lead and collaborate with HEM disciplines to deliver best-in-class recommendations and campaigns.
  • Enhance department and organization's reputation by delivering best-in-class marketing support, unique solutions to new requests, and exploring opportunities to add value wherever possible.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field of study
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience with agency background desirable
  • Proven marketing, account management or other relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, especially to executive leadership
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on their needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
