Division Overview
Hubbell Lighting (HLI) is committed to elevating the lighting experience. The Financial Analyst is responsible for accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting financials. Assist the Director of Finance Residential in providing management updates and analysis, including validation of monthly actual, forecast and planning objectives.

Representative Duties

•Monthly & Quarterly internal financial reporting and adhoc analysis

•Assist with monthly financial close of business unit

•Coordinate and manage monthly forecast loads to SAP

•Support monthly forecast review and validation of submission

•Harmonize annual business plan; including SAP submission and reporting

•Prepare monthly operating reviews and reporting packages

•Communication with all levels of the organization required

•Review capital appropriation requests and financial analysis

•Other duties as assigned by Director

Educational Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

•Broad working knowledge of accounting, budgeting, cost/variance analysis, and interpretation of financial results

Computer/System Skills

•Strong Proficiency in MS Excel pivot tables & macros, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook

•Proficient in Hyperion HFM, Planning, Essbase and adhoc reporting

•SAP knowledge required

•Business Intelligence required

Work Experience

•Minimum of three to five years in a data intense environment

•Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles

•Supply Chain experience preferred
