Position Overview

The Financial Analyst is responsible for accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of various Business Unit and Brand financials.  Assist the Director of FP&A in providing management updates and analysis, including validation of monthly actual, forecast and planning objectives.

 

Key Accountabilities: 

  • Monthly, Quarterly internal financial reporting and analysis in support of business unit and brand results
  • Coordinate monthly forecasts/plan loads and resolve reporting issues
  • Responsible for Hyperion (HFM) and SAP data accuracy
  • Assist with annual business plan objectives, reporting and analysis
  • Prepare monthly operating reviews and other management presentations
  • Communication with all levels of the organization
  • Other duties as assigned by Director

 

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor degree in accounting or finance is required
  • Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years in a large company environment, manufacturing is highly preferred
  • Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
  • Strong Proficiency in MS Excel pivot tables, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
  • Proficient in Hyperion HFM, Essbase Planning, Microsoft Power BI
  • Experience with SAP (highly preferred) or other integrated ERP systems including Business Warehouse
  • Possess a broad knowledge of accounting, budgeting, cost/variance analysis, and interpretation of financial results in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Communication)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Functional Excellence) 
  • Highly organized with an ability to work well under tight time constraints (Results Driven)

Education

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
