Position Overview

The Key Account Representative will be the primary contact between Killark and their designated customer account.  In this role the Key Account Representative will be responsible for growing Killark's business with the specified account by promoting products, managing orders, & assisting on product trainings.  These will be accomplished by coordinating internally with Operations, Internal / External Sales, & Product Management and externally with the customer.  

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining an open order report & delivery schedule through coordination with Killark's Operations Team
  • Communicating all changes to delivery schedule to the customer in a timely manner
  • Understand the market the customer serves and how changes to that market will affect Killark's business
  • Respond to customer complaints and resolve any issues as they arise
  • Coordinate monthly customer visits with assistance from the Product Management and Outside Sales Teams
  • Conduct product trainings with support from the Product Management Team
  • Provide ongoing technical support as needed
  • Travel 25% of time

Education, Skills & Experience

 

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business 
  • Customer service and/or sales experience
  • Electrical distribution experience
