Division Overview
Hubbell Commercial & Industrial (HCI) provides solutions for a broad range of non-residential and residential construction, commercial and industrial applications along with high-voltage test and measurement solutions. As a leading global manufacturer and supplier in multiple markets, we have quality products that serve the commercial construction, datacom, industrial light, industrial heavy, high voltage, residential and oil & gas markets. HCI has built its success through strong leadership, employee and customer loyalty and an exceptional sales force.
Quality Supervisor
Manage and implement control systems that ensure compliance with the quality requirements of our products, collaborating with the engineering department in the identification and resolution of problems that affect the quality of our products
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the organization in understanding and interpreting the requirements of our products and components
Manage and implement verification methods about the quality of our processes and products through work instructions and visual aids
Manage and implement procedures to meet ISO 9001 requirements
Supervises employees and QC inspectors to meet the quality requirements of our products
Perform internal audits
Skills and Experience
Good communication, verbal and written
Good team player to perform teamwork with all departments
English, but not mandatory
Internally 1 year as Quality Control Leader
Metrology, general knowledge
Experience in quality personnel supervising
Education
High School Diploma
