Division Overview

Hubbell Power Systems (HPS) engages in the design and manufacture of a wide variety of products used by utilities. Today, HPS is deeply engaged in product solutions for OSP Communication utility purposes, and has been actively growing that segment of the business. HPS roots have historically been in high voltage transmission, distribution, substation, underground products used by electric utilities. HPS products are also used in the civil construction, transportation, gas and water industries.

Superintendente de Mantenimiento

Es un líder clave dentro de la organización a cargo de los recursos humanos y materiales del departamento de mantenimiento.  

  

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervisar y administrar el mantenimiento de los equipos, así como las refacciones y equipos necesarios, asegurándose de seguir los sistemas de gestión de calidad, control de costos, planificación y optimización, garantizando los objetivos y la administración de su equipo de trabajo. 

  • Administración de tool crib y departamento de limpieza. 

Skills and Experience

Inglés 80% 

5 años de experiencia en Mantenimiento de edificio.

Conocimientos en Subestaciones eléctricas.

Conocimientos en Sistemas hidráulicos.

Experiencia en Sistemas neumáticos.  

Conocimientos de Sistemas de transporte de material (venturies).

Experiencia en Elaboración de planes de mantenimiento Preventivo, Predictivo, Correctivo.

Conocimientos en Administración de Costos y Presupuestos.

Conocimientos en el Manejo Avanzado de Microsoft Office.

Conocimientos en el Manejo de sistema SAP.

Conocimiento en el Manejo de Autocad, Project Management(Avanzado).

Experiencia en la Implementación de TPM y Mantenimiento Autónomo.

Experiencia en Compresores tipo disecante, HVAC equipos de extracción.

Preferentemente conocimiento en manejo de equipo de resinas 

Conocimientos en Programación PLC.

Experiencia en Dispositivos de Seguridad de maquinaria y equipo.

Conocimientos de la normatividad OSHA.

Dinámico y autodirigido, indispensable.

Disponibilidad de horario (24/7).

Liderazgo.

Education

Bachelors Degree en Mechanical Engineering
