Job Overview

This position is responsible for generate the programs on the different CNC machinery for new parts also the programs and adjustments for moving parts to a different process, as well as the optimization and standardization of the process on the different CNC machines on the operation,  he is also a key element on the development  and validation of the process for new parts and products.

A Day In The Life

* Setup and program development on new parts 

* Review process for actual products and generate improvement in time and process.

* Program standardization between machines 

* Coordinate projects, work  on the implementation of new product/process.

* Implementation of 5S activities and Safety improvements in the area

What will help you thrive in this role?

Eng. Degree (Electronic, Manufacturing Preferably) 

Experience in Lathe CNC process

Print interpretation 

Knowledge using precision measurement tools 

Knowledge in CAD/CAM software

Knowledge In MS Office

Experience optimizing CNC process 

English >85%
