Division Overview

Hubbell Power Systems (HPS) engages in the design and manufacture of a wide variety of products used by utilities. Today, HPS is deeply engaged in product solutions for OSP Communication utility purposes, and has been actively growing that segment of the business. HPS roots have historically been in high voltage transmission, distribution, substation, underground products used by electric utilities. HPS products are also used in the civil construction, transportation, gas and water industries.

At HPS, we build products that provide mission critical infrastructure and that deliver communications and power to millions of people worldwide. In our business, failure is not an option. Duties and Responsibilities

Vigila el cumpliento de las buenas prácticas de manufactura en todas las áreas productivas de la planta, tanto a nivel de productos fabricados, así como procedimientos establecidos para el control de la calidad.
Gestionar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones de calidad y negociar acciones correctivas en todas areas.
Planeación y control de plan de producción diario y mensual.
Coordinación y administración del personal a cargo.
Coordinación con el resto de las áreas productivas.
Desarrollo e implementación de mejoras en el área y procesos.
Coordinación con los departamentos de servicio (Mantenimiento, Tool Room, RH, etc).
Reportes semanales, mensuales y anuales propios del puesto.
Actividades de 5s y seguridad industrial propios del puesto.

Skills and Experience

Experiencia en el manejo de SAP.
Experiencia en el manejo de MS Office.
Experiencia en manucatura esbelta.
Análisis dimensionales, control estadístico de proceso, tolerancias geométricas.
Conocimiento del ISO9001 y auditorías del sistema de gestión de calidad.
Inglés 85%
Disponibilidad para viajar, doméstico e internacional.
