Division Overview

Hubbell Power Systems (HPS) engages in the design and manufacture of a wide variety of products used by utilities. Today, HPS is deeply engaged in product solutions for OSP Communication utility purposes, and has been actively growing that segment of the business. HPS roots have historically been in high voltage transmission, distribution, substation, underground products used by electric utilities. HPS products are also used in the civil construction, transportation, gas and water industries.

Position Overview

This position will provide Product Costing and Operational support. Other responsibilities include ensuring strong control environment and execution of productivity and other improvement actions.

Skills and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Public Accountant, Finance or related Topic.
Experience in cost accounting, finance and/or similar position.
Advanced English 60 - 70%.
Management of excel advanced level.
Advanced Management in SAP (preferably).
Experience in Daily Reports of current Effectiveness vs. Plan.
Experience in Hours Earned and Forecast (Productivity), scrap.
Experience in validation of productivity projects.
Knowledge in reports of Manufacturing Expenses and Cost Conversion.
Knowledge in preparing the Annual Budget and Monthly Forecast.
Experience in Validating Capitalization Projects (AFE’s).
Active participation in WCM meetings and projects.
