As the Senior Product Manager, you will steer the full lifecycle of the product line—from vision and roadmap creation to commercialization and long‑term portfolio performance. You’ll lead a talented team of Project Specialists and Application Engineers, empowering them to deliver exceptional execution, technical depth, and customer‑focused solutions.

A Day In The Life
- Own and execute the product line strategy to accelerate sales growth and maximize profitability
- Set direction and oversee the full lifecycle of new product initiatives to deliver portfolio growth
- Develop and execute pricing strategies to maximize both top line sales and margins
- Active participant in industry events and trade shows
- Support sales teams with presentations, training, and other materials as needed
- Work with Sales, Finance, and Operations to deliver monthly revenue and demand forecasts
- Guide and develop a high‑performing team of project specialists and application engineers
- Serve as the voice of the market, translating customer insights into product and commercial strategies
What will help you thrive in this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline required; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8 years manager level experience leading marketing, product management and/or sales teams
- Candidates with expertise in electric utility substations and transmission systems are strongly preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive team performance
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with MRP/ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Experience with PLM systems, preferably PTC Windchill
- Experience using collaboration and workflow tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
