Job Overview

The Warehouse Specialist II supervises and coordinates daily activities of the distribution center or warehouse. This role is responsible for the movement and tracking of finished products and/or raw materials. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications and will be discussed during the interview process. The salary range for this role is $77,800- $89,000 per year. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

A Day In The Life

Every day at Hubbell is different and you’ll contribute in many ways. On any given day, you’ll make a difference by:

  • Directing and improving the operation of material flow.
  • Monitoring activities to ensure compliance with safety and security policies.                           
  • Managing and organizing the warehouse, including inventory, products, and packing materials.
  • Receiving and inspecting incoming products, ensuring that they meet quality standards.
  • Ensuring accurate inventory counts and documenting all movement of products in and out of the warehouse.
  • Packing and unpacking products for shipping and/or storage.
  • Keeping the warehouse clean and orderly.
  • Assisting in other warehouse tasks as needed.

What will help you thrive in this role?

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 6+ years of relevant warehouse experience (required)
  • Knowledge of inventory management and shipping and receiving processes (required)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to operate Forklift and Pallet Jack.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately.
