Senior Manager, HUS Business Intelligence & Analytics - Remote

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, HUS Business Intelligence & Analytics, to lead a high-impact team supporting the HUS Operations Organization. This role blends strategic leadership with deep technical expertise to drive high quality, robust and accurate reporting and analytical solutions across the HUS Organization.

Success in this role requires an exceptional understanding of dimensional modeling, advanced skills in DAX and Power Query, and the ability to coach and develop a team of analysts. You will set high professional standards and ensure solutions are built using established best practices. The role also demands strong cross-functional collaboration with management and end users to ensure reporting and analytics solutions are aligned with business goals.

A Day In The Life

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts to deliver high-quality reporting and analytics solutions.
• Maintain a roadmap of reporting initiatives and manage requests, prioritization, and delivery.
• Represent HUS at the enterprise level, collaborating with Corporate and HES leadership to align and establish best practices.
• Visualize methods that improve operational efficiency, service reliability, cost optimization, and inventory performance.
• Establish and lead the HUS Power BI developer community to define and communicate reporting standards.
• Establish and lead the HUS Power User community to ensure solutions usability meet the business needs, will driving awareness, adoption and effective training for all reporting tools.
• Recommend improvements to enterprise IT tools and collaborate with HUBS IT to ensure infrastructure remains current and effective.
• Ensure data integrity, governance and quality

Technical Oversight

• Ensure semantic data models are robust, scalable, and built to high technical standards. Data sources include SAP, and other external sources.
• Oversee Power BI report development to ensure consistency, accuracy, and actionable insights.

Operations Support

• Manage the HUS Operations Support team to deliver the following: 

• Provide metrics, dashboards, and analytics to monitor performance of key operational processes.
• Ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into process health and actionable insights for decision-making.
• Provide training and effective communications to ensure available metrics, reports, dashboards, and analytics tools are understood and used across all of HUS Operations to manage processes appropriately.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP across multiple functional areas (sales, production, purchasing, finance).
• Strong understanding of end to end supply chain processes (Plan, Make, Source, Delivery) and SAP
• 5+ years of experience in Power BI development and data visualization.
• Advanced proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), MS SQL, and Excel.
• Experience working with large datasets and performing complex data transformations.
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytical insights.
• Experience with SharePoint data integration and management.
• Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
