Position Overview

The Hubbell Enterprise Marketing (HEM) Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies that meet/exceed Hubbell’s business objectives. The Digital Marketing Manager supports the planning, development, and implementation of the Hubbell brand portfolio across our global web and digital marketing channels following corporate brand and brand architecture strategy. They will ensure that every component of our digital properties is bold, innovative, drives measurable engagement, and are built from a user-centered perspective. They will develop digital and technology strategies that successfully support both the company's brand and revenue-generating opportunities, while connecting to the best tools, content, and integration in the technology ecosystem.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of our digital marketing department including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, PPC and Paid Social and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Build proposals and effectively manage digital marketing budgets to support the delivery of business unit and enterprise goals.  
  • Lead, supervise and develops members of the digital marketing team 
  • Lead digital marketing efforts related to ecommerce activities (retail, distribution, direct) that include digital advertising, promotion development and reporting 
  • Completes digital marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results. 
  • Build relationships with stakeholders including business unit representatives and marketing team managers to maintain strong communication, deliver projects in a timely fashion and delight our customers 
  • Execute the global strategy, maintenance and improvement of the design and functionality for all Hubbell marketing digital tools and applications (e.g., web site, blogs and portals), leveraging deep knowledge of web and digital design and functionality  
  • Develop strategies to drive traffic to Hubbell.com and affiliate websites 
  • Support ongoing competitive intelligence activity to drive program opportunity identification 
  • Suggest and support the selection of all digital marketing tools/platforms (eg. HubSpot) and external vendors
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). 

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or related experience 
  • Bachelor's Degree in information technology, marketing, business, or relevant field.  
  • Experience managing corporate web properties and assets  
  • Proven record implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies 
  • Experience with E-commerce program implementation and management 
  • Strong working knowledge of Hubbell’s businesses, brands, products, and markets  
  • Creative thinker and problem solver 
  • Ability to collaborate with global, cross-functional teams 
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is preferred 
  • Up to date on the latest developments and trends in digital marketing   
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs 
  • Excellent listening, project management and presentation skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills 
  • Keen attention to detail  
  • Proven ability to thrive in a result-driven environment
