Job Overview
We are looking for an individual with advanced Excel experience as well as a solid understanding of SAP Master Data. Preferred candidate will have experience with GUI scripts, Marcos, and a degree. Specialist/Sr. Analyst, Data Science and Maintenance, will focus on reviewing Master Data across Hubbell to ensure data is maintained according to established guidance. They will work with Site Business Leaders to facilitate updates to maintain clean SAP data to drive optimal MRP output.
A Day In The Life
- Develop and maintain strong global relationships in a matrixed environment across segments and functional levels.
- Perform regular data audits to identify and correct discrepancies in master data.
- Develop a reporting structure and cadence to key stakeholders on the health of the master data.
- Perform in depth master data reviews tied to established business guidance.
- Work with Site Business Leaders to facilitate updates to Site/Business managed Master Data.
- Provide training and support to site team members to help improve the understanding of the importance of maintaining master data.
- Lead Master Data reviews across Hubbell's SAP sites to maintain data integrity.
- Strong appreciation for data integrity and clear process disciplines.
- Proven ability to manage tight deadlines, priorities workload, and achieve results.

Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of working with Materials/Supply chain processes and/or master data, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Technical Competencies
- MS Office, advanced Excel experience required
- SAP Hanna
- SQL, Power BI (DAX), R/Python are helpful
Education
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent
