Job Overview

The Marketing Operations Associate will work closely with the HEM Project Managers, the Operations team, and HEM subject matter experts to provide a broad range of project management support including kick-off meetings, Workfront oversight, and reporting to ensure the appropriate stakeholder are involved in planning and executing HEM-related projects.

A Day In The Life

The primary role of the Marketing Operations Associate is to serve as a liaison between HEM team members and business contacts to help shepherd project work to completion.  They support communication updates related to project status, across the project life cycle. In addition, the Marketing Operations Associate is expected to research and make suggestions for processes, tools/apps, team training, and reporting techniques that drive efficiencies across HEM.

• Help facilitate meetings to determine the client needs, the scope of a project, deliverables, success criteria, key metrics, and project expectations such as the channel for receiving client feedback on deliverables  
• Communicate functional areas/skills needed to ensure that project milestones and deliverables are completed per specification 
• Assist in compiling post-project reviews to assess client and HEM satisfaction with project results/campaigns 
• Proactively groom an understanding of the company, its products, and client base to help the Manager, Project Management implement effective marketing campaigns as well as other initiatives 
• Provide reporting status of all projects in the segment queue and report project health and on-time performance of segment projects on a routine basis  
•  Develop, document, implement, and manage repeatable and scalable campaign management processes 
• Identify system tool and process gaps 
• Collaborate in the production of member materials including creating and maintaining project plans, versioning, vendor data testing, and proofing.
• Project Management System Ambassador – assist in setting up accounts and team onboarding for India group
• Workfront Fusion: automation development and build out
• Power BI – WF connection build out and maintenance. Additional support for reporting and design updates

What will help you thrive in this role?

• BA/BS degree in business, marketing or a related field  
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing or project management environment    
• Must be a self-starter who can handle competing/multiple issues and priorities, at the same time   
• Superior proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, PowerBI and Workflow Automation
• Ability to marry complex business objectives with communication and teaching opportunities  
• Knowledge of project management systems and marketing technology such as Workfront, Fusion and HubSpot
• Possess strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communications 
• Superior organizational, collaboration and time management skills 
• The ability to work with little to no supervision in delivering high quality work  
• Provide insight, recommendations, support and creativity to drive special events, programs and projects 
• Professional, competent, trustworthy and motivated to deliver results as required of the business
