Job Overview
We are looking for a Graphic designer with Image Asset Coordination skills responsible for the organization, management, and distribution of all image assets across internal platforms. This role ensures that all visual content such as photography and 3D renders are properly named, stored, and accessible. The coordinator serves as the central point of contact for creative teams, facilitating efficient workflows and maintaining a well-organized digital asset library. Will also be responsible for studying design briefs, understanding client’s expectations, flexibly working across different types of projects at one time. You will work hand in hand with the marketing team. Our ideal candidate is a creative, responsible, dedicated, and career-minded professional.
A Day In The Life
- Image/ Photo editing for Digital/ Print literature such as adjusting brightness, saturation, converting files to required image file formats (JPG, PNG, PSD, TIFF, etc.).
- Organise multiple projects simultaneously and ensure all asset-related tasks are completed on time.
- Upload and maintain image assets in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and LucidLink server.
- Ensure all file names follow established naming conventions and metadata standards.
- Maintain a clean and intuitive folder structure within LucidLink for easy navigation and retrieval.
- Act as the primary resource creative to locate and retrieve imagery.
Respond to image requests and provide guidance on asset availability and usage rights. - Assist in curating image selections for presentations, campaigns, and product launches.

- Review assets for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before posting.
- Flag and resolve any discrepancies in file naming, formatting, or metadata
What will help you thrive in this role?
- Strong project management and communication skills are crucial for collaborating across departments.
- 2+ years of experience in design and Digital asset management, creative production, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator (Mandatory)
- Familiarity with DAM systems and cloud-based storage platforms (e.g., LucidLink).
- Ability to work collaboratively across creative and technical teams.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
